How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?
It doesn’t take my buyer clients looking at 50 properties before they find the right one because I listen to their needs when we first meet. It’s important that I understand what they are looking for so that I’m only showing them listings that meet their criteria.
How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
I study the neighborhood and properties that have recently sold in that area. I also research that property in a few different ways to get clues about the seller’s level of motivation.
