What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
One of the most important things I do is take a lot of pictures and upload video so that potential buyers will feel like they have had a showing without even visiting the property yet. Doing this acts as a filter so that the chances of a buyer already knowing they like the property before they schedule the showing is higher than if they had not seen all of the pictures and video. It saves time for everyone involved.
How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
I know their neighborhood well so that I can easily articulate how their property compares to the other homes available nearby and those that have sold recently. There are many creative ways to negotiate and I always work to get the best price possible on the home.
What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?
I’ve found that informing clients about the process of selling up-front is imperative to have a smooth deal that goes to closing. The less surprises–the better!
